Minerva Rewards Compensation Plan. The comp plan has been tweaked a couple times and is in final testing right now to make sure the percentages are maximized. The structure an 8 generation Uni-level Hybrid which is a full horizontal and vertical compression, with 20% Global Bonus Pools in addition. The Horizontal compression allows Members to enroll as many personal Members as they wish.
